Senior Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will join the engineering team of our client from the USA which is a modern lending platform that works with the next generation of household brands 

Client – is a leading working capital partner built for early and growth stage businesses in eCommerce, Food & Beverage, General CPG, and SaaS. The company has built a team and process that serves the demands of a rapidly scaling business by reducing the hassle of ongoing reporting and adding a partnership element like that of an equity partner. 

Location – New-York, USA 

Requirements:

• You have practical software development experience and have worked with Typescript, Node.js, React, and TypeORM, and PostgreSQL (preferably at a fintech) 
• You can accurately replicate components from mock ups 
  You’ve built/integrated with REST API endpoints, as well as worked with Postgres SQL databases 
• You demonstrate strong attention to detail, whether its in self-review or peer review. Nothing gets past you 
• You’re known for diligence and meticulous organization. You’re thoughtful in your t-shirt sizing and estimates, and you power through sprints 
• You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You anticipate sprint impediments and will flag down when you need support from a team member 
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the product owner, end users, and other developers to understand business/technical requirements 
• Architect and design solutions to optimize client’s lending platform, ensuring security, scalability, and usability   
• Design data models and workflows that leverage client’s proprietary data and machine learning algorithms 
• Build features in JavaScript/Typescript, React/Redux, and Node.js, all hosted on AWS 
• Produce clean, efficient code that provides lift in the sales process, proactively identifies risk to the business, and increases process efficiency 
• Write effective unit tests and achieve good coverage
