Senior DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer for transforming cloud management and automation for global enterprises. You’ll be able to work with advanced cloud management and infrastructure automation technologies, contributing directly to major cloud solutions for global clients.
Client – a worldwide software provider delivering vendor-neutral, multi-domain solutions for comprehensive network and security orchestration to service providers and medium to large enterprises. The project provides exposure to multinational collaboration, making it an ideal setting for professionals looking to make a substantial impact in the tech industry.
Requirements:
- Proven previous experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Knowledge and experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or equivalent)
- Knowledge and experience with container systems (Docker/Kubernetes or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS/Rocky, or Ubuntu) administration (permissions, security, certificates, package management) with scripting skills (Python, Linux shell)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages: Python, YAML, and JSON
- Experience with public cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
- Experience with private cloud solutions: OpenStack, VMware, and/or Proxmox
- Proficient in English
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with database systems: MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, etc.
- Interest or experience in Intent-Based Networking and Security
- Experience with network automation (Ansible, etc.)
- Experience with system integration
- Experience in PHP development
Responsibilities:
- Integration and Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and provide long-term solutions while integrating, designing, building, migrating, maintaining, and operating infrastructure and applications in a hybrid-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, etc.). You will also participate in POCs and workshops and support the presales/sales team as a solution architect.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the product team on user stories and UX/UI validation to develop a product that aligns with the needs of DevOps professionals. If you have the experience, you may also participate in backend development in Java.
- Scrum Team Collaboration: As a member of a scrum team, you will work closely with software and QA engineers to ensure quality software releases are delivered on time.
